Centering on a special program or exhibition, “Art After Dark” is a series of seasonal events at the Guggenheim Museum. Once the general public has left for the day, guests are free to enjoy the landmark museum, moving through the galleries while taking in the exhibitions as the museum fills with the energetic beats of a live DJ.  A cash bar also serves wine and beer for an ideal night at the museum.

No trip to New York City is complete without a quintessential picture next to the LOVE Sculpture, especially during February. Created by pop movement artist Robert Indiana in 1958, this city landmark has entertained a colorful history—from iterations as a cornerstone of the 60s hippie revolution to a Valentine Day's postage stamp to many album covers. You can spot the LOVE Sculpture just two blocks away on the corner of Sixth Avenue at 55th Street.

With a wine list that spans 15 countries and includes over 2,000 selections, Daniel most certainly tops my list for restaurant with the most notable wine list. Pop the cork. Pour the wine.

A great wine in the hands of a great sommelier is like clay in the hands of a master sculptor. Therefore, Daniel’s Head Sommelier, Raj Vaidya, is akin to Rodin. His atelier: a state of the art temperature and humidity controlled cellar accommodates 25,000 bottles. There, wines age gracefully and emerge only at proper serving temperatures.

Daniel’s wine list is a tome of over 40 pages and features wines from $25 to $10,000. If that legendary bottle of Chateau D’Yquem 1918 seems a bit lofty, the staggering range ensures that there is indeed a wine for every wino.

Travel the world via the vine and visit chef Daniel Boulud’s hometown of Lyon, then get a taste of Spain, Portugal, Italy, Switzerland, Austria, Germany, New Zealand, India, Argentina, South Africa, Australia, or Hungary. You can also stay domestic with American wines sourced from coast to coast.

Because of the special relationships Boulud and his sommeliers have established with winemakers throughout the world, some of these rare cuvees and older vintages are exclusively available at Daniel.

Perfectly paired with this Relais & Châteaux member’s award winning contemporary French cuisine, this is wining and dining at its absolute finest.

Whether you’re up for lunch, tea, dinner, or late-night cocktails, Robert on the ninth floor of the Museum of Arts and Design is a true midtown gem. Savor delectable Mediterranean-infused modern American fare bychef Luisa Fernandes while beholding breathtaking panoramic views Central Park and Columbus Circle.  Try the filet mignon or tuna paired with one of Robert’s many wines, and finish the meal with a perfectly sweet slice of cheesecake.  Located just minutes away from the Quin, Robert’s ambience is equal parts sophisticated and playful, featuring permanent video, sound, and light art installations. Guests may casually dine from one of Robert’s plush couches in the central lounge area, or a communal table with a fantastically picturesque view.

With locations in Midtown East and Chelsea, the Raines Law Room offers an unforgettably exclusive cocktail experience.  Named for the historic law prohibiting liquor consumption, patrons must ring the bell to enter Raines Law Room’s semi-secret entrance.  Once inside, you’ll be whisked off into a private booth where you can peruse Meaghan Dorman’s menu of mixological delights, including the Pioneer Spirit (rye whiskey, apple brandy, orgeat, and Angoustra bitters) and the Garden Paloma (tequila, jalapeno agave, celery bitters, club soda, and grapefruit and lime juice).  Just ring the buzzer in your booth for service, and discover what the buzz is all about at Raines Law Room.

Awash with light and fortifying fragrances, Fresh stores are aromatic oases of sugar, lemon, pomegranate, and soy. The Midtown location is just a few blocks away at 159 Columbus Avenue and 67th Street.

Gliding a sample of product between your fingertips offers the Fresh experience in microcosm. It is pure, honest, and luscious. In co-founder Alina Roytberg’s words, “It’s reinvention, it’s revival, it’s renewal. It’s everything that Fresh stands for.”

Fresh returns to the earth as its source for the accouterment of our beauty rituals: silk amino acids strengthen, ginseng revitalizes, and rosewater balances and tones. While Fresh is constantly evolving, the alchemic nature of their mission reaches back to the medieval times tradition of finding core elements that make lifestyle products golden. The result is lustrous.

Founded by Lev Glazman and Alina Roytberg in 1991, Fresh’s modern alchemists fuse innovative natural ingredients with time-honored beauty rituals for a sensorial experience that is as indulgent as it is effective.

Freshen up with the Quin.

Run with the in-crowd. This season, the Quin will be offering guided group runs in Central Park, led by renowned instructors from Vitals, on Saturday mornings at 9am. Learn about Central Park's rich history, and hear health and running tips from expert marathoners and trainers. All levels are welcome. Reservations are required. Classes are $15 per guest, and fees may be added to your guest room folio. A full refund will be issued in case of inclement weather.

Witness how native New Yorkers escape the concrete jungle with a brief retreat to Central Park, where 843 acres of respite in the center of Manhattan offer the perfect location for recreation.

Central Park invites you to sit on a bench and enjoy the view, rent a bike and explore the trails, or meander the paths to view its 52 statues, sculptures,
and monuments.

Each year Central Park also hosts Shakespeare in the Park, the New York Philharmonic’s Concerts in the Parks series, and Summer Stage.

A mere 2 blocks from the Quin, our QAs are waiting to arrange a lazy lunch in Sheep’s Meadow or a vigorous afternoon of private boot camp with a personal trainer to guide you.
